Work product includes grading, pre-fabricated pedestrian bridges, shade structures, play apparatus, fencing, concrete, electrical, pathways, boulders, and landscaping. C. The Contractor, prior to submission of his bid, shall visit the site and become familiar with the physical site conditions, the plans, and specifications. All existing site conditions, apparent in a detailed, on-site inspection, shall be a part of the project. Submission of a bid shall represent the Contractor’s acknowledgment of the existing site conditions and its effect on the implementation of the contract documents.
