Scope of Work consists of furnishing all supervision and labor, materials, necessary equipment, tools, traffic control, and public services coordination required to effectively complete the removal and disposal of soil deposited by the Tropical Storm Hilary event on August 20, 2023, from the Ofelia Bringas Bridge grade control structure and Date Palm Bridge channel lining. Both the Ofelia Bringas Bridge grade control structure and the Date Palm Bridge channel lining are located in the Whitewater River channel and are to be returned to their as-built elevations. All work and resulting facilities will fully conform to the current adopted Coachella Valley State Implementation Plan (CVSIP) for PM-10 including Best Management Practices during the construction process. All work and incidental items to complete the removal and disposal of debris shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above work are to be performed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire areas of the City in a neat and presentable condition. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
