The improvements will consist of placing temporary construction fencing, includes replacement of an irrigation controller, installation of a master valve and flow sensors, electrical, a booster pump assembly, replacement of existing turf rotors, installation of new irrigation lateral lines, an Irrigation Audit, turf repairs. Additive alternate bid item includes replacing the drinking fountain. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
