The construction will span a 60.5-foot gap across Four Corners Drive, a private roadway which connects San Felipe Road and Dunnville Way. The gate will provide controlled access for vehicular traffic as well as pedestrian traffic. The gate will be constructed to provide a vehicular entrance of one 16-foot swing gate section providing a 16-foot-wide driving path for entry to the development. Similarly, the vehicular exit will also be constructed of one 16-foot swing gate section providing a 16- foot-wide driving path to exit the development. The project will be constructed to provide one pedestrian path through the gate on the south side of the main vehicular entrance gate. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
