Improvements include new interior non-bearing metal stud partitions, columns, electrical receptacles, lighting, fire sprinklers, replacement of roof trusses, roofing and roof mounted HVAC units, ductwork, solar photovoltaic system, finishes, doors hardware, casework, main electrical services, and all related plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural improvements necessary for a complete and usable facility, to comply with related Building Code, and all associated work as identified on the construction drawings. Site improvements to include an accessible path of travel from public right of way, lighting, accessible parking and EV charging stations. Prevailing wages.
