Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking on-call contracts with Construction Management and Engineering Inspection consultants (Consultant) to assist the Authority on an on-call basis to support its development services and capital improvement programs, as required. The Authority invites your firm to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including hourly rates as a stand-alone document, in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), listing its qualifications to provide construction management and construction inspection consulting services including the tasks described in the scope of work. The work will be for facilities located, or facilities to be located, within the Authority’s service area and the Loveland Reservoir property area located near Alpine in San Diego County. Enclosed, as Attachment A, is a map that illustrates the Authority’s service area boundaries. The Authority encourages participation by local, small, and/or disadvantaged businesses.
