The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, labor and incidentals required to complete the above stated project. The work includes: (1). Remove & Replace, 2 single strand handrails. One on each side of each bridge. (2). Cut Light-Mount plate free from the bridge, cut the light free from the plate, weld new light to the mount plate. (3). Reweld the plate to the bridge. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
