The Project Work will include the furnishing of labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for the installation of one new modular unit at the City of Escondido, Dixon Lake Ranger Station Building located at 1700 La Honda Drive, Escondido, CA 92027. A basic set of Project plans are included in this RFB. The contractor that is awarded the contract resulting from this RFB will be responsible for obtaining an approved set of plans and specifications to meet all applicable code requirements and testing and commissioning requirements that are in effect at the time that Project Work shall commence. All measurements and quantities shall be confirmed by the selected contractor before ordering Project materials. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
