*UC Law is not accepting responses. This is an advertisement on behalf of Plant Construction* Plant Construction is the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the 100 McAllister Tower Remodel. . The Scope of Work will be to execute the complete Construction Personnel Hoist scope for the new 100 McAllister Street remodel and seismic upgrade. Trade Contractors must have previous experience with similar size, type and scale on a single project within the past seven (7) years, as well as previous experience within the City of San Francisco, or within 50-miles of the project area, within the last seven (7) years. Additionally, the Trade Contractor must have previous experience in and to be able to facilitate the LEED + Local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) requirements. Trade Contractors who are evaluated and deemed pre-qualified to perform the Work will be eligible to submit a bid. Trade Contractors who do not submit the Pre-Qualification information will not be allowed to bid on the project. Must be within 50 miles of project location. Bonds required.
