The objective of the project is to replace the existing Seacliff 1 Pump Station (S1S), currently located on a SFPUC-owned parcel within Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) property, with a new underground pump station located within the public ROW on Seacliff Avenue in San Francisco, California. Gravity sewer and force main replacement work is located within the Public ROW on Seacliff Avenue and El Camino Del Mar, and in the private driveway fronting 494 and 496 Seacliff Avenue. New mechanical and electrical cabinets along with new security fencing will replace existing cabinets located within GGNRA property. LBE requirements. Failure to comply with Chapter 14B requirements may result in a Bid being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for Contract award.
