The project involves trail construction (native soil, reinforced native soil, Park Tread, Box Steps, and stringer steps), grading, drainage, erosion control, irrigation, landscaping, restoration planting, restoration seeding, split rail fencing, signage, stone masonry, asphalt, concrete, and striping. The Contractor is advised to carefully review the access and schedule requirements for each trail segment, as well as sensitive habitat protection requirements. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
