The work shall include but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of replacement of water mains and service laterals in the vicinity of Fairview Lane. Approximately 1,500 feet of new PVC and ductile iron pipe and fittings will be installed, along with valves, water service laterals, hydrants, blow offs, air vacs, connections to existing mains, pavement repair, and abandonment of old valves and pipes. These new facilities will replace the existing undersized and aging water mains. Contractor to provide all necessary work plans, permits, and inspections necessary for complete turnkey installation, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
