Remove Metal Roof and replace upon completion of the sign. Remove all rotted materials and replace with painted dark brown. Any materials recycled must be painted dark brown to match the newly replaced items. (HROA approval of color before painting begins). Disconnect, reroute, and reinstall electrical components as needed. Replace existing lights with LED lighting not less than 3,000 Lumens. Repair concrete wall as needed. Build metal brackets to attach the sign to the posts, do not use the cut and grove method that is currently on the sign. Utilize high quality sealant that will ensure the new sign lasts through the different seasons for many years to come. Remove and dispose of any not used materials. Fully reassemble the sign with roof, newly painted materials and sign. Including upgraded lighting. Bonds required.
