The purpose of the project is to provide a new roofing system for the Breakwater Restaurant at 107 Harbor Way. The area of work is shown in Attachment A. The flat roof areas will receive a single ply PVC roof system and the low sloped roof area will receive an asphalt shingle roof system. Roofing contractor will have to address any existing penetrations. Roofing contractor will have to address current sloping issues to ensure proper draining and prevent standing water. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
