City intends to issue a three-year On-Call General Service Agreement to provide vegetation management services for the City’s closed Landfill/Byxbee Park. Work includes mowing and manual vegetation management of landfill top deck, side slopes, v-ditch, art features, and monitoring wells. Byxbee Park is an approximately 149-acre park built on the former Palo Alto Landfill (throughout this scope of work, the terms Park and Landfill are used interchangeably). The Park consists of rolling terrain, trails, benches, drainage ditches, monitoring well vaults, and a number of art installations. Approximately 122 acres are to be maintained under the future Agreement.
