If additive alternates are awarded, additional emergency ventilation will be installed, roof and ceiling improvements will be implemented, an existing water line will be rerouted, and salvage material will be hauled off. Schedule B: consists of purchase and installation of an emergency generator and associated electrical improvements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
