The Fall River Mills Corporation Yard Roofing Project is located at 24665 Glenburn Road, Fall River Mills, CA. The project, in general, consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, disposal, and insurance necessary to install a metal-retrofit recovery system over the current metal roofing, including additional poly-iso and expanded polystyrene (EPS) flute fill insulation; repairs to existing metal roofing; matching in kind roof curbs, snow bars, and low voltage roof deicing system; minor duct work and electrical work; and installation of powered ridge vents with dampers. The existing metal roof is approximately 9,610 SF. The new roofing system shall be covered by a 20-year roofing manufacturer’s no-repair watertightness warranty or similar warranty. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
