The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified consultants so the District may execute one or more master agreements to perform on-call right-of-way services. It is anticipated that any agreement(s) will expire three years after execution, unless mutually extended by duly executed Amendment to the Agreement. The scope of work includes: --Work with District staff, consultants and property owners, to identify and secure appropriate property rights, as required in support of District. Provide Right-of-Way Consulting Services as required. Engage subconsultants or third parties in performance of title and records searches, appraisal services, ownership transfer documents or other services as required. Prevailing wages.
