The Solano County- Nut Tree Airport's intent is to solicit proposals, gain adequate information to evaluate the services offered by proposers and to secure a contract with a qualified proposer to provide janitorial services for the 2 County owned buildings located at the Airport (300 and 301 County Airport Road, in Vacaville, California), as well as the restroom located at the end of a hangar row. The contractor shall furnish all resources such as tools, parts, labor, equipment, cleaning supplies and any and all equipment necessary to perform custodial cleaning in accordance with the County’s standards, method, materials, and conditions as set forth herein. The County will be responsible for the following items, toilet paper, paper towels, seat liners, garbage bags and hand soap.
