The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Bid for Tank and Sewer maintenance/repairs and related services on an "if, and as needed" basis to provide services to multiple locations throughout the County. The County of Sonoma (hereafter “County”), is soliciting this request for bids from a licensed contractor(s) for water tank, sewer and related maintenance and repairs in order to establish Blanket Purchase Order Agreement(s) as described in Attachment A - Sample scope of work consisting of one (1) page. The County intends to award two separate Blanket Purchase Order agreement on an if and as needed basis. The non disaster agreement shall be awarded taking into consideration local bidder preference. A second disaster agreement shall be awarded without local preference being considered in compliance with federal acquisition regulations. The disaster agreement shall be utilized in the event of a declared disaster. This sample scope of work is to provide possible service requests that may be requested. Service requests are not limited to just the described services and locations. The successful Contractor shall hold a valid State of California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Please include your CA Contractor’s license number, the type, and your DIR number in your proposal response. LBE preference.
