The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking bids for underground utility trenching and paving services. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing the services as described in the Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B), Site Plan and Details (Exhibit D), and Special Provisions (Exhibit E) of the attached Draft Contract (Attachment 3). It is the responsibility of the successful Bidder to ensure that the services are delivered to the City as per specifications and provisions listed and agreed to herein. It is the City’s intent that this IFB shall result in a firm, fixed price contract. The resulting awarded contract will be executed on the draft contract provided with this solicitation. (Attachment 3) Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
