Owner will receive Bids for Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning/Plumbing Services. The County intends to award one or more Job Order Contracts for warm-air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning/plumbing contractor services for repair, remodeling, or other repetitive work to be done according to unit prices. Each contract shall have a Maximum Contract Value of $4,000,000 with the option to increase to the state maximum allowable by California Public Contract Code (PCC) Section 20128.5. Each contract will have a Potential Minimum Contract Value that the Contractor has the opportunity to perform of $25,000. This section provides that counties may award annual contracts, none of which shall exceed $3 million (as adjusted annually per the CPI index which is currently $6,023,368.73). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
