The City of Woodland is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and teams qualified to provide professional Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) services for a new Aquatic Complex. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to, oversight of construction coordination meetings with the contractor and stakeholders; coordination of materials submittals; construction inspection and reporting; special inspections quality assurance; schedule tracking; review and recommend approval of contractor payment requests; oversight of contractors surveying and staking; review, negotiate, and recommend approval of contract change orders; coordination with utilities and other agencies; and records management. Design is anticipated to be complete by May 2024 and construction is expected to begin in late summer/early fall.
