Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Tree Planting, Care, and Inventory services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide CAL FIRE a comprehensive tree inventory, care, and planting project for the Lewis A. Moran Reforestation Center (LAMRC). See attached Sample Agreement for complete details. SBE goal is 25%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
