The scope of this project will include the surveying, design, and permitting (if applicable) of a 5’ sidewalk along the west side of Tennessee Ave. between 5th Street and 14th Street in Lynn Haven, Florida as identified in the City's Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The complete scope of services can be found in Part III of the Request for Qualifications.
