The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed Contractors to provide labor and materials for the installation of an HVAC system for the Bay County Sheriff’s Office Jail Training Building located at 5700 Star Lane, Panama City Florida, 32404. Bay County will pre-purchase and provide the air handlers and condensing units for this project. Licensed contractor is to provide all labor, materials and all remaining equipment necessary for HVAC system installation. All work will be accomplished as per the mechanical drawings provided by CPH, Inc. Contractor is to include system Test & Balance in the bid price. Bonds required.
