The scope of the project consists of the removal and replacement of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida. This project requires new ATCT building, site work, paving, grading, drainage, trenching, conduit, conductor, and vault work. This project includes a minor amount of directional boring, earthwork and sodding. The contractor will also be responsible for assisting the Airport with obtaining the site permit and building permit from the City of Titusville. Bonds required.
