Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the College, Owner or FSCJ) is soliciting bids for the modernization of three elevators, two elevators are located at FSCJ South Campus (Buildings I & J) with the third elevator located at FSCJ North Campus (Building A, Tower 1). Only one elevator at the location can be out of service during this time. The modernization project will meet all current code requirements for local and state. Scope of work defined per plans and specifications prepared by Harvard Jolly Inc. dated 4/10/2024 titled Elevator Modernization - South Campus Bldg. I & J - North Campus Bldg. A Tower 1. This project is being funded through the State of Florida Department of Education from the Federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund Deferred Maintenance Program which requires compliance of Federal 2 CFR Part 200.
