The Professional will provide continuing professional engineering services associated with the planning, coordination, design, assessment, permitting, maintenance, asset management, project controls, procurement, construction, and staff augmentation for infrastructure and assets owned and operated by Hillsborough County Water Resources Department (WRD). All engineering work shall require in-depth knowledge of principles and practices of general engineering required to plan, design, permit, bid, construct, operate and maintain WRD assets. The Professional shall also be able to implement project controls, asset management best practices, and construction management.
