Fort Walton Beach Housing Authority (FWBHA) is seeking an experienced contractor, with at least five (5) years of experience, to furnish expertise, supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary to remove existing non-wired and hardwired smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and/or combination carbon monoxide/smoke detector units, and provide and install new 10-year Sealed Battery-Operated combination Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors for public housing units located at Charlie Hill Terrace. These units include both one-story flats and two-story townhouse style set up. Further, units vary between 1-bedroom and 5-bedroom. Three, four and five-bedroom units will require two sets of new combination carbon monoxide/smoke detector in the hallway. Additionally, FWBHA, is seeking for the same contractor to install upgraded bathroom vanity light fixtures in every unit. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
