1.1 The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is looking for Suppliers to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and a full-service contract for repairs of barrier arms, gates, throughout the OUC locations. 1.2 The successful Supplier(s) shall be aware that OUC owns and maintains properties throughout central Florida. While most are within a ten (10) mile radius of Orlando, other properties assignments will be in outlying areas at a greater distance, specifically in Holopaw, St. Cloud, and Titusville. The successful Supplier(s) shall be expected to provide support services at all Orlando Utilities locations. The successful Supplier(s) will receive maps outlining all of the locations of the gates and barrier arms. Prices are to include all material, equipment, labor within a 30-mile radius of OUC 100W. Anderson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801. The pricing page does allow for a mileage rate outside of the 30-mile radius.
