General Description of the Project. The Work consists of installation of a Surface Coating on the 4th level of the Short-Term Parking Garage at Palm Beach International Airport and Repairing miscellaneous distresses on the Long-Term Parking Garage No. 3 include cleaning, sealing, and repairing concrete joints, concrete spall and crack repair on the garage superstructure and pavement, and repairing miscellaneous electrical appurtenances within the garage structure. The project also consists of cleaning and refinishing the exterior garage surfaces and adding new wayfinding signage. SBE Goals: 6% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
