The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners invites vendors to submit a bid to provide asphalt pavement micro surfacing program for local and major roads. It is the intent of Pasco County to contract with one or more vendors who can provide material, quality control testing, maintenance of traffic and equipment necessary to construct a micro surfacing asphalt, mineral aggregate, mineral filler, water, and other additives, properly proportioned, that will be mixed and spread on a paved surface.
