In accordance with the attached specifications, it is the intent of Pinellas County to establish a contract for Safety & Hazard Signs, Labels, and Placards for Pinellas County Utilities (PCU) on an as-needed basis. This contract will be for the design, installation, repair, maintenance and removal of various signs and placards in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The contract will ensure that Pinellas County Utilities Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities comply with Federal, state, and local regulations or codes to help identify workplace hazards that could harm workers, the public, or cause property damage.
