The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with 40,000 students and 58 school sites (34 elementary, 11 middle schools, 12 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna). WASD is seeking proposals from qualified organizations ("Organizations," "Respondents," "Bidders," "Proposers" or "Contractors") for track improvements at Meridian High School. The track improvements include the following scope of work: removal of the existing track rubberized surface, underlying asphalt surface, and 1” of the subsurface. Removal of adjacent rock mulch, landscaping and irrigation system. Installation of new subbase, asphalt, concrete storm drainage, fencing, conduit, modification to the existing sprinkler system, miscellaneous landscaping improvments and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bonds required.
