Rauhaus Freedenfeld & Associates (rfa) is excited to announce Tandem Veterinary Clinic, a modern state-of-the-art 4,300 SF Veterinary Clinic coming to Cambridge, Massachusetts. The project consists of Multiple Treatment and Support Spaces. The 4,300 SF Veterinary Hospital spaces/functions include: • Multiple surgery/procedure suites (Specialized Construction) • Central Treatment area (Specialized Construction) • X-ray and Ultrasound rooms (Specialized Construction) • Waiting and Reception Area • Support staff offices • Exam and intake rooms • Animal housing (Cats, Dogs, and Exotics) • Laundry. Qualifications Due Date: 5:00 pm – March 27, 2024. The attached files contain our qualifications request and a preliminary partial set of plans. We expect to have a complete bid package ready for the end of March 2024 with anticipated permitting to take place in May of 2024.
