UNLV has a requirement for an experienced contractor for the dormitory complex HVAC and roofing replacements. The project scope includes demolition, removal, and replacement of the existing roofing at dormitory huh, building "a". The work comprises demolition, roofing, sheet metal, miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, and HVAC removal/replacement. The work includes inspection of the wood deck, installing new insulation and cover board, installing a new single-ply PVC roofing system, extending roof membrane over the parapets, metal coping, crickets, roof drain, overflow, strainer replacement, and walkway pads. Interior work consists of interior ceiling demolition, ceiling tile replacement, drywall, wood and metal framing, and painting. Electrical and plumbing work will be in support HVAC and roof replacement work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
