The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY WEST COMMUNITY PROJECT - PH 1 & 2 will consist of (excluding bid alternates): the demolition operations and installation of approximately 255,000 SF of asphaltic concrete and the demolition and installation of existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The project will include the replacement of existing sewer, water, and electrical utilities as well as the addition of fiber optic. PH 1 & 2 will consist of West and East Antelope Drive, Bryson Drive, Middlegate Drive, Eastgate Drive, and Elquist Drive from Bryson Drive to W Tule Street in Battle Mountain, NV. Project will also include driveway tie-ins, landscaping, and fencing replacement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
