This project includes the construction of approximately 4,720 linear feet of 16-inch water main from the intersection of Wheeler Way and Spring Creek Drive through the proposed Smokey Hills Drive and South Pinenut Drive until the intersection of South Rainbow Drive and South Pinenut Drive in Dayton, Nevada. The water main work includes removal and disposal of an existing 14-inch water main within the same alignment as the new water main; new fire hydrant assemblies and reconnect existing fire hydrants; new flush valve assemblies and air release valves; placement of water stubs for future development; vertical offsets as indicated on the Civil Improvement Plans; and crossing mitigation where needed.
