In general, the major work items include: Demolition of the two existing boilers, flue, pumps, expansion tank, hot water piping, boiler controls, boiler, and pump power. Installation of two (2) new boilers, boiler flues, boiler dampers, hot water pump, chemical feed tank, boiler controls, expansion tank, two (2) 5 hp VFD's, new boiler pump, VFD power, new lighting; installation and/or rework associated piping and electrical systems; and perform any other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
