The principal items of work consist of: Roadway: Site-Specific Portion of the Project: 24,648 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5 M E Surface Course, 16,224 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5 M 64 Surface Course, 306,221 Square Yards HMA Milling 3" or less, and 1 Lump Sum Mobilization. SBE goal is 5%. Prevailing wages.
