The successful bidder awarded a contract under this RFB (“Vendor”) shall perform semi-annual testing and inspection and preventive maintenance services, and on-call diagnostic and repair services (including providing and installing replacement parts) for Gaylord C-5000 fire and auto wash ventilator systems. At the time of issuances of this RFB, there are two (2) Gaylord C-5000 fire and auto wash ventilator systems in use by the County, both of which are located at the Orange County Correctional Facility (“OCCF”), 110 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, NY 10924. The County reserves the right to (a) move one or both systems to another County building/site location, (b) install additional Gaylord C-5000 fire and auto wash ventilator systems at OCCF, and/or (c) install a Gaylord C-5000 fire and auto wash ventilator systems in other County-owned/leased buildings/facilities during the term of the contract resulting from this RFB (“Contract”). Vendor shall perform the services specified in this RFB for any additional Gaylord C-5000 fire and auto wash ventilator system located at OCCF or any other County-owned/leased building/facility in exchange for the pricing stated on Vendor’s Bid Form.
