The Town of Ramapo is accepting bids for the equipment, installation, and surfacing for Loma Lane Park. Items listed with the attached layout recommended or approved equivalent. Poured rubber surfacing for all areas except swings. New playground will be built around existing 5-12-year-old unit on site. Swings area will be separated and handicapped accessible mulch (Fibar or equivalent) will be used. Installation is to be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time between the Town and vendor. All the work on the project will be awarded as a single project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
