Work includes but is not limited to new salt storage sheds, miscellaneous site civil work, electrical power, and storm water mitigation measures. The County of Westchester has determined that a Project Labor Agreement will be used on this Project. Contractors must comply with the County’s Minority Participation Policy, including, but not limited to, the requirement that contractors make a demonstrated good faith effort to utilize Minority Owned Businesses (“MOB”) and Women Owned Businesses (“WOB”) (see IFB Article 36).
