The site contains no work to be completed, except a generator pad & a secured fence around new electrical items on the exterior of the existing building. 2. The building work includes demolition and renovation in the first floor and minimal demolition and patching in the upper level floors. Demolition on the first floor includes, but is not limited to: metal studs, gypsum board, concrete, hard tile, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling tile, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems & fixtures. Demolition of upper floors & areas on first floor outside of primary scope includes, but is not limited to: wall, roof, acoustical ceiling tile, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems and structural system. The renovation work includes, but is not limited to: metal studs, gypsum board, security mesh, ballistic protection, hard tile, electrostatic dissipative flooring, resilient floor tile, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling tile, casework, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems & fixtures. Bonds required.
