The contractor will rebuild the fire damaged two-story, three-bedroom town house on the existing foundation walls. The contractor will replace the fire damaged structural floor joists and damaged wood studs along with the second-floor sheathing. The contractor will substantially rehab the unit with new drywall, insulation, new flooring and base, new cabinets, new plumbing fixtures including replacement of damaged water and waste lines, new electrical light fixtures, devices, switches, and any damaged wiring, new air handler with ducts removed from the attic space and ran in soffits on the second floor, new exterior windows with security screens and doors, new interior doors and frames, new vinyl siding to replace what was damaged, new vinyl soffits, new insulation on exterior walls and attic, and new appliances (provided by HPHA). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
