The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a qualified North Carolina licensed professional engineering firm to complete a stormwater drainage basin assessment that will identify potential measures to minimize localized flooding in the Earp Street drainage basin. See Attachment A for study area and existing storm drain infrastructure. The successful firm will perform and provide the following: 1. Evaluate existing conditions. 2. Confirm existing models are consistent with current conditions. 3. Identify alternatives to reduce localized flooding. 4. Evaluate existing models with alternatives for downstream impacts. 5. Provide cost benefit analysis of identified alternatives. 6. Provide conceptual designs with preliminary cost estimate for the recommended alternatives. A project kick-off meeting will be held upon Notice to Proceed to discuss project objectives, coordination, scheduling, and deliverables. Regular progress meetings will be held to review the schedule and any benchmark deliverables. A final report documenting the evaluation, findings, and concluding cost benefit analysis with conceptual design for the recommended alternatives will be presented and delivered to the Town of Holly Springs for review and approval.
