Project includes removing an existing 3-span reinforced concrete deck (Bridge No. Lake-91-0499) and abutment backwalls carrying SR-91 over Lakeland Boulevard and replacing with a new composite reinforced concrete deck on semi-integral abutments. Work also involves raising the profile of Bridge No. Lak-91-0423 and fiber wrapping the pier columns of Bridge No. Lak-91-0449. Also perform minor paving at approaches, guardrail upgrades, drainage improvements, lighting upgrades, and other related work. DBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
