The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a Price Agreement to furnish all equipment and labor to perform tree planting services for the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) in the Forest Grove and Tillamook District in Northwest Oregon. The successful low bidder(s) will begin this contract on December 1, 2024, with all planting to be completed between January 6, 2025, and April 15, 2025. The initial term of the awarded Contract is intended to be one (1) year, but may be amended for three (3) additional one (1)-year terms. The maximum term of the Contract will not exceed four (4) years, with the initial term of the contract to run until September 1, 2025. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
