The Multnomah County Department of County Assets, Facilities and Property Management Department (FPM) is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase On-Call Exterior and Interior Window Cleaning Services for its locations across the County. On-Call Exterior & Interior Window Cleaning Services Two Categories of Window Cleaning Contractors will be identified through this sourcing event: Category 1: Exterior and Interior window cleaning services for County Buildings 4 (four) stories or lower; and Category 2: Exterior and Interior window cleaning services for County Buildings 5 (five) stories or higher Qualified contractors may receive a contract for only Category 1; only Category 2; or both Category 1 & 2. See Buyer Attachment A – Specifications and Scope for full details. The contract term shall be for five (5) years term. The effective date of the contracts shall be approximately June 2024 or the date on which each party has signed the contract, whichever is later. Unless earlier terminated, the termination date of all contracts issued under this RFP shall be five (5) years from the initial contract execution, approximately May 2029, unless extended as described above.
